Welcome to Turkey River Deer Hunting

Looking for a private place to bowhunt in Iowa? Now you've found it. Hunters nationwide can experience Turkey River Deer Hunting ground as a premier whitetail deer hunting destination for trophy buck and doe bowhunting. Enjoy hunting deer and turkey on scenic territory stretching over cropland and timber, and then relax while fishing along the picturesque Turkey River. Numerous stands on timbered fingers that run out into the CRP will provide excellent options for hunters. This quality hunting land is divided into two parcels, 550 acres total, located in Fayette County in the northeast corner of Iowa.

Turkey River Deer Hunting can lease both parcels of private land for bowhunting for a full season to one party (max. 5 members). Parcels will be allotted to the highest bid, which are received August-September. The selected party will then need to secure the contract with a down payment and fulfill the Hold Harmless Agreement. The party will then be free to hunt and fish with access to all designated land.

The hunting land is located just five miles from Clermont, Iowa. Lodging is available on site for hunters.
